Megaview Periscope
Like the the fact it is extendable which makes it both portable and gives a much bigger range. The little clip that locks the periscope when not extended looks very flimsy. Otherwise, overall consturcion is good and it does what it says. And the price is reasonable for what you get. Bought it for my 7 yr old son, who appreciated it initially but then lost interest. I dare say he will come to use it from time to time.

LOVE this toy! Bought it for my nephew a few days ago and he won't put it down. He loves how far it extends and the fact that it can go underwater. The construction of this toy is superb and it's the perfect companion with all of the other Backyard Safari toys. What a great concept! This is an exception line of fun, educational toys for children!! Highly recommend.

I'm Returning It
Got this yesterday and I'm returning it. The outer shell seems sturdy enough, and it telescopes out to an impressive 4 feet. But the optics are inadequate. The image is small and dim and warped, as though they used plastic instead of real glass for the mirrors. Perhaps that's because it's meant for kids. And maybe kids would still like it, but I'm an adult and I don't.
